It’s a shame that people have to believe in myths, just to be sufficiently comfortable living in this terrifying, yet amazing universe. There’s no reason to believe we get more than one chance, to live the best life we can. We should absolutely try to make other’s lives better, if we can.

This song always reminds me of a lady I knew in 1988. She was older than me but we had some great memories. I'm 59 now. She's almost 70 now but I'd like to see her face again one last time.

Holy hell this an absolutely amazing cover! First time ever hearing it. I've been listening to Puscifer since their founding back in the mid 2000's and like a lot of people that's how I discovered Carina. It wasn't until today that I actually made an effort to get into her catalog. I've always loved her voice I just never took the time to check out any of the songs she's written, even though I have friends who listen to her. Looking forward to getting the rest of her music. Love her voice.

This is absolutely one of the best albums I've heard in a few years and I don't know why or how the critical and commercial reception for it was so small. Hard to think of any album concurrent with the year this came out that would have overshadowed this level of production / writing / singing Thankfully I was blown away from the pucifer v for versatile album and asked myself how we got from joke side project to bona-fide super group and while I knew CR growing immensely both as an artist and composer had a lot to do with that I had no idea there would be such a rich back catalog of her work to discover.

Have only just discovered this after finding Puscifer. To think I laid melancholy listening to Sara McLachlan yet never knew of Carina's talents. This song is hauntingly brilliant and a crafted masterpiece. The voice of an angel.
